OUR RETURN POLICIES
1. Delivery and Warranty
Once your order is received, the payment made by the Customer is verified and approved.
Orders paid via credit card are approved immediately,
whereas payments made via bank transfer/wire (EFT) require the Customer to complete the transaction.
After the Customer notifies www.leila1949.com via phone or email that payment has been made, bank confirmation is obtained and the order is approved.
Products not labeled as “Same Day Shipping” on the product page are delivered to the contracted shipping company within 1 to 3 business days.
Our company does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays.
Therefore, orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday at the earliest.
Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and the delivery address.
If the delivery address is within Istanbul, delivery may occur on the next business day.
For locations outside Istanbul, delivery may take 3 to 7 days.
No shipments are made on national holidays or during public holidays.
In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, civil unrest, wars, invasions, revolutions, civil wars, sabotage, fires, or situations caused by the recipient (e.g., not being present at the address, no authorized person to receive the delivery, or change of address), delivery times and conditions may vary.
You can receive your order by showing a valid photo ID and signing for it from the courier.
If you are not present at the delivery address, your order will be delivered to someone present at the location.

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping and delivery fees vary depending on the contents of the order, the chosen delivery method, and the destination address.
3. Return Conditions
If the Customer is inconvenienced by issues caused by Leila1949.com, such as missing or damaged items, they have the right to request a return within 7 days without paying shipping fees.
In such cases, the product will either be replaced or a refund will be issued.
Products not returned within 7 days are considered accepted and will not be eligible for return.
Items with lost or deformed boxes, bags, or packaging will not be accepted for return.
Invoices must be included with the returned items.
Open your package in front of the courier upon delivery.
In case of breakage, missing, or incorrect items, request the courier to prepare a report and return the item with the courier. Please inform us immediately.
Otherwise, returns due to breakage will not be accepted.
